Smlouvou o tichém společenství se zavazuje tichý společník poskytnout podnikateli určitý vklad a podílet se jím na jeho podnikání a podnikatel se zavazuje k placení části čistého zisku po odečtení povinného přídělu do rezervního fondu, je-li podnikatel povinen tento fond vytvářet, vyplývající z podílu tichého společníka na výsledku podnikání.

In English

Under an agreement on silent partnership, the silent partner undertakes to pay the entrepreneur a certain contribution and participate in their entrepreneurial activity, while the entrepreneur undertakes to pay a part of the net profit corresponding to the silent partner's share in such entrepreneuria1 activity, after deducting the mandatory allocation to the reserve fund, if the entrepreneur is obliged to create such fund.
