Mandátní smlouvou se zavazuje mandatář,že pro mandanta na jeho účet za úplatu zařídí určitou obchodní záležitost uskutečněním právních úkonů jménem mandanta nebo uskutečněním jiné činnosti, a mandant se zavazuje zaplatit mu za to úplatu.

In English

Under a mandate agreement, the mandantary undertakes to arrange specific business matters, at the mandators expense and for a fee, by performing legal acts on behalf of the mandator or by conducting other activities, and mandator undertakes to pay them remuneration.
