Příspěvek pojednává o některých otázkách nového řádu Rozhodčího soudu při HK ČR a AK ČR se sídlem v Praze.Uvádí zásady,které jsou charakteristické pro jednání a rozhodovaní tohoto rozhodčího soudu. Zmiňuje východiska, která orientovala vydání nového řádu.

The author focuses on some issues of the new Ordere of Arbitratition Court attachet at the Chamber Economy of the Czech Republic and Agrarian Chamber of Czech republic seated in Prague.He presents the principles charakteristic acting and decision making of arbitration cort.He mentions the starting points which oriented the adoption of the new order.
