Článek se zabývá problematikou zasílatelské smlouvy.Smlouvou zasílatelskou se zavazuje zasílatel příkazci, že mu vlastním jménem na jeho účet obstará přepravu věci z určitého místa do určitého jiného místa, a příkazce se zavazuje zaplatit zasílateli úplatu. Zasílatel je oprávněn žádat, aby mu byl dán písemně příkaz k obstarání přepravy (zasílatelský příkaz), jestliže smlouva nemá písemnou formu.

The article is devoted to the forwarding contract. Under a forwarding contract, the forwarding agent undertakes in their own name to arrange carriage of goods for the sender at the sender's expense from one designated place to another designated place, and the sender undertakes to pay the forwarding agent a fee. The forwarding agent is entitled to demand that there is a writen forwarding order, if the contract is not in writing.
