Smlouvou o otevření akreditivu se výstavce zavazuje vůči příkazci vystavit na jeho žádost a účet ve prospěch třetí osoby akreditiv a příkazce se zavazuje zaplatit výstavci akreditivu odměnu. Smlouvou o inkasu se obstaravatel inkasa zavazuje obstarat pro příkazce přijetí peněžní částky nebo jiný inkasní úkon od třetí osoby a příkazce se zavazuje zaplatit obstaravateli inkasa odměnu.

Under a contract on opening a letter of credit the issuer of the letter of credit is committed to the committer post, at his request, and account for the benefit a third party letter of credit, and the committer undertakes to pay a fee for its services. Treaty about the collection, the collection agent undertakes to procure for the payer adoption of sum third person, and the collection of principal undertakes to pay the agent for the collection of remuneration.
