Článek se zabývá problematikou smluv o úschově a o skladování. Příspěvek popisuje smluvní vztahy při schovacích službách podle nového občanského zákoníku. Věnuje se povinnostem smluvních stran, úhradám nezbytně vynaložených nákladů a skladnému. Pozornost je věnována výkladu skladného a skladištního listu.

The article deals with the contracts for the safekeeping and storage.The paper describes the contractual relations in the deposit and storage under the new Czech civil code. It deals with the obligations of the contracting parties, coverage of necessary expenditures and charges. Attention is paid to the interpretation of warrant.
