Článek se věnuje problematice v Rusku. Článek se věnuje i problematice obchodněprávní v ČR, která je aktuální, a to do 31. 12. 2013. Smlouvy vzniklé v této době se pak budou posuzovat podle této úpravy i po účinnosti nového občanského zákoníku. V poslední části se text věnuje právní úpravě podle nového občanského zákoníku, který nabyl účinnosti k 1. 1. 2014. Na novou právní úpravu, která v této otázce není s dosavadní úpravou kontinuální, je totiž nutné se včas připravit. Při veřejných zakázkách musí dojít k dohodě o celém obsahu smlouvy

This article is devoted to the problems v RF. This article is devoted to the problems in CZ too- of concluding of contracts (agreements), in the first place the economic-Iegal problems. The author /authors/ further pays attention to the commercial-law problems, which are relevant now and should remain relevant until 31. 12. 2013. Agreements concluded in this period will be judged according to the currently existing regulation even after the effect of the new Civil Code. In the final part the author/autors/ pays attention to the legal regulation under the new Civil Code, which is to come in effect on 1. 1. 2014. It is important to be prepared in time for the new regulation, which in this issue does not folIow up the existing regulation. In public procurement must be an agreement on the entire content of the contract.
