Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the development of the EU economy. Small and medium enterprises support strategy 2014–2020 aimed at improving their competitiveness through the development of innovation activity, creation of a favorable business environment and to reduce the administrative burden. The system of formation of favorable business environment includes a range of economic techniques and tools that provide SME choice of alternative solutions, which is more preferable in comparison with administrative pressure.
