Smlouvou o kontrolní činnosti se zavazuje vykonavatel kontroly provést nestranně zjištění stavu určité věci nebo ověření výsledku určité činnosti a vydat o tom kontrolní osvědčení a objednatel kontroly se zavazuje zaplatit mu za to úplatu.
