Příspěvek se zabývá analýzou nákupního chování spotřebitelů na telekomunikačním trhu v České republice. Výstupy vychází z výzkumu v podobě kvantitativního dotazníku, kdy bylo zjišťováno, jak se zákazníci chovají při výběru mobilního operátora. Příspěvek v závěru obsahuje vhodná doporučení pro společnosti, která vyplývají z výsledků dotazníkového šetření a mohou posloužit k zlepšení postavení společnosti na tomto konkrétním trhu.
In English
The paper deals with the analysis of consumer buying behavior on the telecommunication market in the Czech Republic. Outputs are based on research in the form of a quantitative questionnaire, which examines how customers behave when selecting a mobile operator. Finally, the contribution contains appropriate recommendations for companies resulting from the results of the questionnaire survey and can serve to improve the position of the company in this particular market.
