V originále
The rapidly growing dynamics of changes in the business environment over the last decade is a significant factor leading to an increasing need for the development of new managerial competencies, particularly in the area of the ability to identify, evaluate, and adequately respond to change. Tools of artificial intelligence and machine learning are already being used in various technological fields, but their direct application in managerial practice is at a relatively early stage. Opportunities for the real-world application of artificial intelligence in managerial practice are described by comparing it with common practices and selected case studies from the period shortly before and during the ongoing energy crisis in Europe.
