Family enterprises are a very important part of the global economy which they have proved during many years on the global markets. We can see it also in the Global Family Business Índex, which includes the 500 largest family enterprises of the world, where the oldest business, which is part of it, was established in the year 1792. This can be considered proof of the long-lasting strategy and stability of the family enterprises. Ít is also proof that the family enterprises follow the basic idea of their founder, but also look into the future with open eyes and adapt their strategy to the newly-emerged challenges on the market and this is the secret of their long-lasting economical stability.
