This study analyzes the integration of sustainability principles and circular economy concepts into the higher management education curriculum at a specific university (Newton University). The aim is to assess students' awareness, knowledge, and readiness to apply these principles in future managerial roles. A quantitative questionnaire was administered to 115 final-year management students. Findings reveal that although 56% of respondents were aware of the term “circular economy,” only 10% could accurately define it. Moreover, while all students recognized “sustainability,” 70% were unable to provide an accurate definition within the environmental and social context of business. Nearly 90% consider these topics essential for their future practice. These results underscore the need for deeper curricular integration and innovative pedagogical approaches to enhance practical readiness for sustainable management.
