Course objectives
This is a technical course representing the preparation and submission of a bachelor's thesis in the study plans of the Economics and Management study programme. The Bachelor's Thesis course serves as a platform for consultations between the supervisor of the bachelor's thesis and students, in this respect it directly follows on from the Bachelor's Seminar course and partly also from the professional study practices completed by students during their studies in the field. An integral and key part of the course are the individual consultations accompanying the preparation of the bachelor's thesis between its author and supervisor. These consultations can be in person, electronic or in another form depending on the agreement of both cooperating parties. As well as for assigning a topic and submitting the bachelor's thesis, the possibilities of the internal information system IS NU can also be used to organize individual consultations.
Assessment methods
Credit: awarded on condition that the bachelor's thesis is submitted in the semester in which the Bachelor's Thesis course is enrolled. If the thesis is not submitted in the semester in which the Bachelor's Thesis course is enrolled, it is not possible to successfully complete this course and it is necessary to re-enroll in the following semester.
