Course objectives

The course is aimed at developing students’ practical communication and presentation skills as future managers and specialists. It focuses on adopting the principles of effective communication, mastering specific communication practices and techniques, and building competencies in argumentation, discussion, negotiation, and conflict resolution with the goal of finding solutions in the form of a consensus among all involved parties.

A key emphasis is placed on interactivity and students’ practical engagement, including training specific techniques through case studies, solving concrete case assignments, and related activities. Throughout the course, students will repeatedly communicate and present their ideas and opinions, defend them against opposing viewpoints, and persuade others in order to achieve their objectives.
