- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
The course introduces students to cognitive management, its concepts, areas, principles, and methods. It presents a model of competencies for professional managers and leaders and the modern Connatural management approach. It discusses in practical terms the recognition and cultivation of subtle skills, the personal, mental, and psychophysical condition of individuals, as well as their impact on social relationships and communication.
Thematic lectures include both theoretical training in the sense of making knowledge accessible and an emphasis on personal practice and reflective experience. The complexity of the issues discussed and, in particular, the practical focus emphasizing the transformation of personal experience into knowledge, skills, or abilities.
Course objectives: to understand the meaning and essence of authorial knowledge as a starting point for optimal human cognition and decision-making in the environment; to acquire critical thinking skills as a fundamental aspect of effective action and adaptation to changes in the internal and external environment; to reflect on professionalism as a personal quality of a manager and leader; actively use the algorithm for the development of professional and personal competencies for one's own and managerial practice.
