- Course objectives
The course is designed as hands-on training that equips students with practical consulting, communication, and managerial tools for effective work with people in a way that respects and develops their internal resources—coaching.
Students will gain philosophical, scientific, and psychological inspiration for working with themselves and others, as well as concrete communication, psychological, and coaching tools for effective people management. They will learn solution-focused methodological approaches, develop the ability to negotiate needs and goals, and master coaching methodology. The course builds practical competence in leading a coaching conversation both in terms of guidance and support, and in helping the client achieve meaningful progress. Students will also learn to replace evaluation and “giving advice” with reflective practice, conduct one-to-one coaching sessions, and work professionally with client assignments and a final intervention/closure.
