In this course, students will explore a novel perspective on business that challenges traditional models of planning and management. Centered on the principles of business minimalism, the curriculum emphasizes personal efficiency as a catalyst for enhancing the productivity of teams and organizations. A key component of the course involves mastering tools for both personal and professional development tailored for managers.
