Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Cognitive management responds to changes in the demands of the modern corporate and business environment. It systematically discusses selected areas and topics related to modern approaches, with an emphasis on leadership qualities. Attention is focused on mental, cognitive, and psychophysical aspects, principles, phenomena, relationships, and processes related to thinking, cognition, decision-making, and human behavior in the dynamically changing, complex environment of industry and society referred to as 4.0 and 5.0. In this context, it also focuses on the quality of the personal and professional lives of managers, leaders, and entrepreneurs.
