Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The course will provide students with an overview of the structure and dynamics of personality, and will also enable them to consider its development, formation, and growth. Students will gain an understanding of selected theoretical approaches to personality and their possible applications. The seminars will provide practical demonstrations of the possibilities of scientific knowledge of personality, including self-knowledge, in relation to human resource management. Part of the course will also familiarize students with the possibilities of personality psychodiagnostics using methods designed for HR professionals.

  • The concept of personality and basic approaches in personality psychology;
  • Personality traits – character and temperament;
  • Prerequisites for personality performance – abilities and motivation;
  • Personality recognition and self-awareness;
  • Selected psychodiagnostic methods for managers;
  • Personality dynamics – personality development, growth, and changes.
