Course objectives (in Czech)
Studenti předmětu si osvojí dovednosti pro vedení a moderaci porad, facilitaci a dokáží rozlišit pravidelnou a řešící poradu. Naučí se správně připravit na poradu a volit vhodnou strategii pro získání WIN WIN výsledku. Rovněž zvýší svoji odolnost proti nátlakům a manipulativnímu chování.
