- Course objectives
This course is designed to help students acquire and deepen their knowledge and skills in the areas of adult education, corporate training, and personal and professional development. Students will acquire the competencies necessary to manage the education and development process within an organization. They will be able to identify and analyze educational needs, formulate educational goals, and navigate methods of adult education, which they will be able to select appropriately with regard to the target group and the established educational goals. They will understand the importance of educational evaluation and will be able to assess the results of educational activities as well as their benefits for the organization and business. At the same time, they will deepen their competencies in the areas of personal and professional development, self-reflection, motivation, and stress management and will be able to link these to their own professional development as well as that of others.- Syllabus
