Course objectives
The course aims to provide students with the macroeconomic fundamental and advanced categories, and macroeconomic perspectives on the national and world economy. The course deals with the nation´s economy measuring performance methods, the economic balance, the causes and manifestations of cyclical economic oscillations, the economic theories basics, and the economy functioning. After completing the course, the student will understand the basic macroeconomic concepts and economic policy´s current problems. The student will find and analyze the most important macroeconomic indicators of the Czech and world economic development.
