Course objectives (in Czech)
Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty s racionálními postupy řízení inovací ve veřejném i soukromém sektoru, získat poznatky o inovačních procesech a jejich struktuře, seznámit s uplatňováním principů týmové práce a vysvětlit základní metody a nástroje řízení inovací. V neposlední řadě pak rozvíjet schopnosti tvorby a aplikace teoretických poznatků v souladu se zásadami kritického myšlení.
