Course objectives
The aim of the course is to familiarize students with individual research methods and procedures used in the field of management and enable them to practice their application in the context of designing and implementing empirical research of a quantitative or qualitative nature. Students are introduced to the application of individual methods in data collection and subsequently to methods of data processing. After completing the course, students will be able to independently plan, conduct, and process empirical research.

  • Research preparation - research project.
  • Selection of research subjects.
  • Methods of collecting research data.
  • Evaluation of quantitative data – basics of statistics.
  • Evaluation of qualitative data – coding procedures.
