Course objectives (in Czech)
Hlavním cílem studia předmětu je uvedení do problematiky, kterou se psychologie zabývá a pochopení významu a možností jejího uplatnění v organizacích a manažerské práci. Jeho součástí je rovněž stimulace rozvoje osobnostního a manažerského potenciálu a kompetencí studujících, včetně prohloubení jejich sebepoznání. Metodologickým východiskem výuky je teorie zkušenostního učení. Důraz je kladen na aktivní a partnerskou spoluúčast studentů na výuce. Dominují prakticky zaměřená cvičení a demonstrace, skupinové diskuse, týmová práce, prezentace studentů, aj.
