- Course objectives
- The aim of the course Digitalisation of Accounting is to provide students with up-to-date theoretical knowledge and practical skills in accounting processing. Students will become familiar with current trends and tools that accountants can use to streamline their work with accounting documents and clients.

- Assessment methods
On-campus (full-time) study mode:
Students will receive a graded course credit for active participation in classes (up to a maximum of 20 points) and for completing a semester paper (up to a maximum of 80 points). The semester paper will include an analysis of and a solution to a selected problem in the field of digital accounting.
Blended (part-time) study mode:
As part of the course, blended-study students will complete 16 hours of in-person instruction during the individual study sessions held throughout the relevant semester of the academic year.
In addition, students may take advantage of individual or small-group consultations with the instructor. Consultation hours are arranged primarily via the university information system and subsequently through individual email communication between students and instructors. Consultations may take place during the scheduled study sessions or at any other time agreed upon by the student(s) and the instructor.
To successfully complete the course, blended-study students must submit an individual seminar paper, which will then be assessed by the instructor.
