The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The aim of the course is to teach students to understand and predict people's behavior in a social context. Students will then be able to apply the acquired knowledge in related subjects focused on leadership, evaluation and motivation of people. In seminars, students will gain their own practical experience with socio-psychological phenomena in the context of management.

  • 4. Interpersonal relationships.
  • 5. Attitudes.
  • 6. Socialization.
  • 7. Prosocial behavior.
  • 8. Aggressive behavior.
  • 9. Conversation and communication.
  • 10. Small social groups.
  • 11. Macrosocial phenomena.
  • 12. Social deviation, negative phenomena.
Assessment methods
Ungraded credit: (on campus) attendance at seminars min. 80%, completion of continuous assignments; (online) submission of a credit seminar paper Examination: (on campus, online) written test + oral examination (in the case of distance form held by means of remote electronic communication)
